Based on the university order No. 9861/16/9 in 2022/4/9 Dr. Harith Adeeb Ibrahim, one of the lecturers of the General Law branch at the Faculty of Law at Mosul University, has been promoted from the rank of a teacher to the rank of a assistant professor, and in turn congratulates the Dean of the college represented by Dr. Wassam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi and the gentlemen are members of the College Board and its scientific and administrative staff It was requested by Dr. Harith Adeeb Ibrahim, wishing him more creativity and giving service to the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university and our father Iraq.
