The General Law Branch at the Faculty of Law at Mosul University discussed on Tuesday, May 5, 2020, a Master’s Message on Legal Organization of the Institutional Authority. Attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Wassam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and a number of members of the College Board and its teachers.

The message presented by the student, Amana Khaled Nazir, in the branch of General Law, touched upon the preparation of constitutions and their extent to the political and social development, and the stage of progress towards establishing the idea of democracy and political participation, as the process of democratic reform forms the independent variable Lang From the process of political and historical transformation towards the institution.

The message aims at the statement that the institutional authority has a considerable place in the existing constitutional system because it represents the aspirations of the present and the future, and it is better to be characterized by the characteristics of democracy, its durability, constitutional inheritance between generations, and building constitutional legitimate foundations distinguished by originality and stability.

The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Sivan Bakrad Misrop, the members of Assistant Professor Dr. Laith Zenoun Hussein, the teacher Dr. Mohamed Zenoun Younis, and the members and supervision of Assistant Professor, Dr. Dawla Ahmed Abdullah.
