The research submitted by the student Ola Abdurrahman Youssef in the branch of Human Rights Law addressed the phenomenon of illegal trafficking in drugs, which is one of the most dangerous phenomena that was and still threatens society, which is an advanced position among the problems facing the modern world and etc These civil, health and economic dimensions were necessary Countries should confront this phenomenon by all possible ways and means to reduce it.

The study aims to a statement that illegal trafficking in drugs has a major and important role in addressing the phenomenon of drugs, and that the effects on possession or obtaining for the purpose of illegal trafficking are one and the imposed punishment is one, and this is what happened to the Iraqi legislature.

The discussion committee was chaired by Assistant Professor, Dr. Shaima Abdel Sattar Jabr, the member of the teacher, Dr. Fares Mohammed Hussein, and the member and supervision of the assistant professor, Dr. Soha Hamid Salim.
