Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and in the presence of Prof. Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and members of the College Council, and under the slogan of scientific research, nations rise, our college was established on Monday, June 6, 2022 The third scientific conference for postgraduate students’ research, where the conference was opened by playing the national anthem of the Republic of Iraq and reading what was available from the Holy Qur’an. Then the assistant professor, Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi gave a recorded speech in which he welcomed the honorable attendance of researchers, academics and jurists praising the role of the conference that witnesses the presentation of scientific research Specialized legal by graduate students at its three levels (high diploma, master’s and doctorate), stressing the college’s endeavor and interest in making the graduate student a model for the scientific researcher, contributing to the provision of scientific and practical studies and research that contribute to the modernization and amendment of laws and legislation and keep pace with societal development with its diverse horizons, appreciating the great role of Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, in his support For the various activities of our college, thanking the preparatory and scientific committees and the reception committees for their distinguished efforts that resulted in the establishment of this conference.
