– Expressing the need to commit to blood donation all year round to maintain adequate supply and to make the availability of safe blood transfusion in front of everyone in a timely manner.

Recognizing the value of voluntary blood donation for free in promoting community solidarity, social cohesion and promoting this value.

– Raising awareness of the need for increased investment by governments to build a sustainable national system that is able to adapt to blood supplies and increase blood donations from donors for free.
