In view of the efforts made and accomplished by Mr. Mahdi Saleh Khalil, Director of the Dean’s Office of the College of Law at the University of Mosul and his role in providing the best services in performing the work entrusted to him, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Professor Najm Abdullah Abd, Governor of Nineveh, and in turn congratulates the Deanship of the College and the members of the Council The college, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Mr. Mahdi Saleh Khalil, wish him more creativity and giving.
