Assistant Professor Dr. Osama Ahmed Muhammad, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the discussion committee of the doctoral student Muhammad Abbas Hussein / College of Law at Tikrit University for his thesis tagged with freezing money in the Iraqi Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Law No. 39 of 2015. The discussion committee approved the student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate in public law, and this participation comes within the programs of our college in building bridges of scientific, knowledge and academic communication with the rest of the scientific institutions in a way that contributes to the advancement and development of the scientific process in our proud Iraq as it expresses the scientific sobriety and the prestigious academic position The professors and teachers of our dear college and our prestigious university.
