In the presence of Prof. Dr. Munir Salem Taha, Assistant President of the University of Mosul for Scientific Affairs and Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law and a number of deans of the faculties of the University of Mosul, and on the occasion of the Music Festival, the French-Iraqi Cultural Institute was established on Sunday, June 26, 2022 in cooperation with a number of artists from Nineveh Governorate Musical performances, and the ceremony reflected the rich and high richness of the Mosul cultural heritage in particular and Iraq in general. The Music Festival is a French innovation that was launched in the streets of Paris on June 21, 1982. It is also considered the largest artistic event on the level of the five continents, where more than 120 countries celebrated this occasion at the level of the scientist .
