On Wednesday, July 20, 2022, the Private Law Branch of the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a master’s thesis tagged with the legal system of the stone / a comparative study, part of which was attended by Assistant Professor Dr.

The thesis submitted by the student Ansam Salim Mahdi in the Private Law Branch dealt with the person’s directness and his capacity to practice all legal actions, if there is no accident affecting his capacity, and it prevents the completeness of capacity and his right to initiate legal actions. The interdict is based on a request from those who have an interest in that, and this results in the appointment of a trustee for the interdicted person to initiate legal actions on his behalf.

The message aims to show that the quarantine system is one of the most important means adopted by the Iraqi legislature and Arab legislation to protect the minor, the insane, the foolish and the imbecile in order to preserve the money they have.

The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein, with the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Siddiq Muhammad, and Assistant Professor Dr. Nizar Hazem Muhammad, and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Habib Idris Issa.
