On Tuesday, September 6, 2022, the Public Law Branch of the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a master’s thesis on the legal regulation of electronic arbitration in administrative contracts / a comparative study, part of which was attended by Assistant Professor Dr.

The thesis submitted by the student Muhannad Abdullah Saleh in the Public Law Branch dealt with electronic arbitration, which is an alternative means to the judiciary in settling disputes, including administrative contract disputes. which increases its effectiveness.

The thesis aims to show that electronic arbitration differs in its nature, means and procedures from the arbitration system in its traditional form, as it is a very suitable system for settling administrative contract disputes in different circumstances and conditions.

The discussion committee was chaired by the assistant professor, Dr. Ali Muhammad Reda, and the membership by the assistant professor, Dr. Abu Bakr Ahmed Othman, the teacher, Dr. Ansam Ali Abdullah, and the membership and supervision of the assistant professor, Dr. Nektel Ibrahim Abdul Rahman.
