In the presence of Dr. Ajyad Thamer Nayef, Professor of Evidence and Civil Pleadings Law, Head of the Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, headed by Dr. Nadia Khair El-Din Aziz, and the membership of Dr. Amer Mustafa Al-Dabbagh and Dr. Taha Saleh. On Thursday, September 15, 2022, the Seminars Committee of the Private Law Branch was discussed, and a draft message recording was discussed. Master’s student Ahmed Ali Abdullah marked (differences in issues of subsidiary inheritance / comparative study) under the supervision of Dr. Nashwan Zaki Suleiman and in the presence of members of the faculty of the branch, and after reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, knowing that the student’s study in Private Law Branch.
