In view of the distinguished academic position enjoyed by the professors and teachers of our Azizia College and our prestigious university, Prof. Dr. Qabas Hassan Awwad, one of the female teachers of the public law branch in our college, has been assigned to head the Committee to object to scientific promotions at the Northern Technical University, and in turn congratulates the Deanship of our college represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Qabas Hassan Awwad, wishing her more creativity and giving in the service of the march of science and knowledge in our proud Iraq.
