The thesis presented by the student Abdullah Faisal Abbas in the human rights law branch dealt with the political discourse, which is a system of ideas formed by an accumulation of knowledge stemming from the extrapolation of reality with its cultural, social and psychological components It was centered through ideological patterns derived from political perceptions emanating from heritage or modernity, which differ in their mechanisms and systems according to intellectual maturity and awareness of the requirements of society.
The message concluded that there is no unified definition of political discourse legally, which raises a national and international legislative dispute for this term, but that does not mean the absence of elements that highlight the subjectivity of political discourse, which is characterized by the presence of an invitation to violence based on hatred and racial discrimination and the spread of hostility between members of the same community or the call for tolerance And dissemination of the culture and discourse of peace, as well as the use of public means to broadcast this discourse among the public. The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Sahar Muhammad Naguib, the membership of the assistant professor, Dr. Ziad Abdel Wahab Abdullah, the assistant professor Dr. Muhammad Nazim Daoud, and the membership and supervision of Prof. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad.
