Assistant Professor Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, one of the teachers of the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, in the membership of the discussion committee for the master’s student, Muhammad Nasih Muhammad/ College of Law at the University of Sulaymaniyah, for his letter tagged constitutional protection of the principle of equality in criminal legislation / An analytical study, and the discussion committee approved the student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a master’s degree in public law.
