Due to the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Talaat Ajyad Laji/Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk in supporting the scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of a master’s student in the Human Rights Law branch, Muhammad Mahmoud Ramadan, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and in turn, congratulates the Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its request, Dr. Talaat Ajyad Laji, wishing him more practical giving and academic creativity in service of the march of science and knowledge in our dear college, our prestigious university and our proud Iraq.
