The scientific, research and academic achievements of the professors and teachers of the College of Law at the University of Mosul continue, including granting Prof. Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch / Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs in our college, the identity of an international arbitrator for dispute resolution and membership in the British Center for Dispute Resolution ICDR, and in turn congratulates the Deanship of The College of Law at the University of Mosul, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, wish him more creativity and giving in service to the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our prestigious university, and our proud Iraq.
