On Monday, October 31, 2022, the Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a master’s thesis on procedural linkage and its impact on resolving a civil lawsuit / a comparative study, part of which was attended by Assistant Professor Dr.
The thesis presented by the student Ibrahim Ahmed Atwan in the private law branch dealt with the procedural link, which occupies great importance within the scope of the Civil Procedure Code as a technical tool that works to achieve the proper conduct of judicial procedures In civil litigation as a complex procedural act, it begins with filing the case and ends with the issuance of a judgment in it.
The thesis aims to clarify the scope of the procedural link work that is determined in the field of litigation procedures related to the case, starting or litigating it, proceeding or ending. Or difficult to implement and ensure the proper conduct of justice in the litigation procedures.
The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Taima Mahmoud Fawzy, the membership of Prof. Dr. Asaad Fadel Mandeel, Prof. Dr. Yasser Basem Thanoun, and the membership and supervision of the teacher, Dr. Ali Obaid Owaid.
