On Monday, October 31, 2022, the College of Law at the University of Mosul concluded the development course marked tax legislation between reality and aspiration, which was set up by the Continuing Education Unit in our college for a number of employees of the General Tax Authority / Nineveh Right, during which a number of professors and teachers of our college / specializing in public finance and financial legislation Lectures on tax administration in Iraq, aspects of digital transformation, the role of the administrative judiciary in controlling the authority of tax administration, tax treatment of senior taxpayers, tax declaration in the income tax law, and the impact of legislative development on the legal security of taxpayers, in addition to
