Prof. Dr. Faris Ali Omar, one of the teachers of the private law branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the discussion committee of the doctoral student Sirwan Raouf Ali / College of Law at the University of Sulaymaniyah for his thesis tagged The Theory of Procedural Right in the Civil Procedures Law / a comparative analytical study, and the discussion committee approved a thesis The student is part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate in private law, and this participation reflects the scientific sobriety and the prestigious academic position enjoyed by the professors and teachers of our dear college and our prestigious university.
