In the presence of Prof. Dr. Ajyad Thamer Nayef, Head of the Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, headed by Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein, and the membership of Dr. Yusra Walid Ibrahim and Dr. Raeda Muhammad Mahmoud, the Seminars Committee of the Private Law Branch met on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, and a student’s letter registration project was discussed. Master’s degree, Nizar Ali Ahmed, under the supervision of Dr. Nizar Hazem Al-Damluji and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch, and after reviewing the importance, structure and problems of the study, the committee recommended accepting the title’s registration after making some amendments to it, knowing that the student’s study is in the private law branch.
