In the presence of Prof. Dr. Ajyad Thamer Nayef, Head of the Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, headed by Dr. Wissam Tawfiq Abdullah, and the membership of Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Muhammad, Dr. Zina Hazem Khalaf and Dr. Raya Sami, the Seminars Committee of the Private Law Branch met on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, and a registration project was discussed. The doctoral student Hana Muhammad Mahmoud’s thesis was supervised by Dr. Badran Shakib Abdul Rahman and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch, and after reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, knowing that the student’s study is in the private law branch.
