Due to the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Qabas Hassan Awwad/Public Law Branch, and Dr. Raqib Muhammad Jassim/Human Rights Law Branch, which had a great impact on the University of Mosul obtaining the UNESCO Chair, they were honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and in turn, congratulates the Deanship of the College of Law represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Qabas Hassan Awwad and Dr. Raqib Muhammad Jassim, wishing them more creativity and giving in service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college And our ancient university and our proud Iraq.
