Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, accompanied by Prof. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, visited on Monday, November 7, 2022 the French-Iraqi Cultural Institute in Mosul, to attend an exhibition for children (Happy Childhood Institute) for people with special needs. Which was entitled (No Disability with Hope and Will), where the exhibition witnessed the display of a group of artistic paintings produced by people with special needs that expressed the human will to overcome disability and interact With society and considering the disabled individual as an active element that has a distinguished role in community life, and our college’s participation and attendance at this exhibition comes within its quest for community interaction with various segments and groups, given that each of them has its role and rights as approved by international charters and instruments, in addition to constitutions and national legislation.
