Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Rubaie, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the legal course held by the Legal Affairs Department in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center at the Northern Technical University. The participation consisted of giving a scientific lecture on the tasks and duties of the legal employee between responsibility and protection of rights. This participation comes within the plans and programs of our college deanship to extend bridges of scientific, research and academic communication with the rest of the colleges and universities and the contribution of the scientific staff of our college in explaining and clarifying the laws and instructions related to topics related to career life, including the employee’s rights and obligations during the exercise of his job within the framework of the laws and instructions in force.
