Assistant Professor Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, one of the human rights law faculty members at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of the discussion committee for the master’s student Muhammad Nasih Muhammad/ College of Law at the University of Sulaymaniyah for his thesis tagged constitutional protection of the principle of equality in criminal legislation/ a comparative analytical study. Discussion The student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a master’s degree in public law, and this participation expresses the scientific sobriety and the prestigious academic position enjoyed by the professors and teachers of our dear college and our prestigious university.
