Due to the distinguished scientific efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Neamat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul in completing the scientific, administrative and academic work of the Committee of Deans of Faculties of Law at the level of Iraq, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Dr. Salah Hadi Al-Fatlawi, Head of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Apparatus The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and in turn, congratulates the Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, wishing him more scientific creativity and knowledge.
