Visiting the community center and reviving the heritage spirit of Mosul
To underscore the co-dependence of culture and education as enshrined in the Revive the Spirit of Mosul initiative, participants in the Education for Peace in Iraq conference had the rare opportunity to visit the Al-Nuri C Complex, and other major heritage sites being reconstructed by UNESCO in the Old City of Mosul.
