Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, in addition to a number of professors from our college, professors from the University of Mosul, and professors from the University of Nineveh, participated on Monday, December 5, 2022, in the round table meeting on rehabilitation in IDP camps, which was held in Erbil, where it started The meeting delivered a welcoming speech by the Ministry of Migration and Displacement and the International Organization for Migration in Iraq, then the speech of the Presidency of the Appeal Courts of Nineveh, then the first session touched on the cooperation of the Iraqi government and the United Nations regarding the returnees from the displacement camps, then the second session dealt with transitional rehabilitation opportunities for the returning Iraqis, and the third session focused on health support Psychological and psychosocial support in the contexts of rehabilitation, return and reintegration, and this participation represented the role of our college in scientific and practical participation in community activities and programs related to topics related to society and its stability by presenting frameworks and ideas from a legal perspective, touching on the results that result from the application of legal contexts and the resulting effects and their reflection on society and its members.
