In the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Kedar Abdel-Qader Salih, Head of the Public Law Branch, headed by Dr. Muhammad Sami Younes, and the membership of Dr. Fadila Abbas Ghayeb, Dr. Abbas Fadel Saeed and Dr. Ali Muhammad Reda, the Committee of Seminars for the Public Law Branch met on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, and a project to register a student thesis was discussed. PhD Saeed Khedida Golo, under the supervision of Dr. Qabas Hassan Awad, and the presence of the faculty members of the branch. After examining the importance of the study, its structure, and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student studies in the Public Law branch.
