Dr. Muhammad Fawzi Zaidan, one of the lecturers of the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, gave a specialized scientific lecture in the legal and administrative course that was set up by the Continuing Education Unit in our college on Sunday, December 18, 2022 in its legal and administrative session, where he touched on “the formation of administrative investigation committees as a guarantee Among the guarantees of the public employee, dealing with the formal and substantive procedures, the condition of the legal member in the administrative investigation, and the impact of the completion of the administrative investigation procedures and its guarantees.
