Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Qusai Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law, and members of the College Council, the Public Law Branch in our college held on Monday, December 19, 2022, its scientific workshop tagged the rights and duties of the university student, where it presented Dr. Muhammad Sami Al-Asali and Dr. Ikram Faleh Al-Sawaf / Public Law Branch Two working papers in which they dealt with the rights of the university student approved by laws, regulations and instructions, including his right to free education and the provision of an appropriate scientific environment for receiving science in all its forms, types, specializations and fields, and enabling him to identify the conditions for admission to colleges and institutes Academic institutions and his right to move between universities and other colleges. Disciplinary penalties approved by university laws, regulations and instructions that are imposed on the student in the event of a breach of his legally defined university obligations were also discussed. More to prepare the student and develop his talents An enumeration of his involvement in practical life and his contribution to the process of construction and progress, of which the educated youth category is the basis and axis.
