As a continuation of the scientific research movement in the College of Law at the University of Mosul, Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi / Dean of the College and a lecturer in the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul published the scientific author entitled “The Rights of Minorities and Mechanisms for Their Protection in Contemporary International Reality – An In-depth Legal Study in the Perspective of International Law for human rights”, and this author comes within the endeavor of our faculty and its affiliates to present the latest studies in the field of scientific disciplines that provide solutions for everything that is new and innovative, in addition to considering it a specialized scientific reference that provides legal offices with scientific sources that include modern information that scholars and researchers benefit from in their studies and research.
