The Faculty of Law holds a development course on administrative investigation and its guarantees
Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Qusai Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and with the follow-up of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, and in line with the sustainability of communication with government departments and institutions,
The Continuing Education Unit in the college, starting from December 11 to December 22, 2022, held the legal and administrative course tagged “Administrative Investigation and Its Guarantees”, directed by Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Reda,
A number of college professors and teachers gave lectures on the concept of administrative investigation and its procedures, the financial effects of disciplinary penalties, the procedures for forming investigative committees, the legal member requirement in the administrative investigation, the impact of the end of the administrative investigation procedures and its guarantees, and its comparison with the criminal investigation, types of administrative penalties, and methods of grievance against the administrative investigation.
A number of employees of state departments and institutions and the public sector participated in the course. At the end of the course, written exams will be conducted for the participants.
This course is part of a series of continuing education courses aimed at developing the administrative and legal skills of human rights employees working in state departments and institutions.
