In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Muhammad Fawzi Zaidan, one of the teachers of the Human Rights Law Branch at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, in his support for the graduation festival of the students of the Northern Technical University, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the University above, and in her turn congratulates The deanship of our college is represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, the members of the college council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Muhammad Fawzi Zaidan, wishing him more creativity and giving.
