In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, one of the teachers of the Human Rights Law Branch at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, in his presidency of the Central Examination Committee for the academic year 2021_2022, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Prof. Dr. Qusai Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and in turn congratulates The Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, wishing him more creativity and giving in service to the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud race.
