In view of the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, one of the teachers of the Private Law Branch at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, in providing legal advice to a number of faculties of the University of Mosul, he was honored with letters of thanks and appreciation from the deans of the faculties of Computer Science, Mathematics, Management, Economics, and Education for Pure Sciences, and in turn The Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, the members of the College Council and its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, congratulate Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, wishing him more creativity and giving.
