According to University Order No. 9/16/5283 on 2/19/2023, Dr. Muhammad Taher Qassem, one of the teachers of the Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, was promoted from the rank of teacher to the rank of assistant professor, and in turn congratulates the Dean of the College represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Neamat Ibrahim Al-Saadi and the members of the College Council and its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Muhammad Taher Qassem, wish him more creativity and giving.
