In view of the scientific sobriety and the distinguished academic standing enjoyed by the professors and teaching staff of our dear college and our ancient university, and in the interest of the presidency of the University of Mosul and the Deanship of the College of Law to extend bridges of scientific communication and provide the departments and institutions of the state with scientific, research and academic expertise, Dr. The human being in our college is partly to work in the Iraqi Council of Representatives / Finance Committee, and this placement expressed the extent of interest in the practical aspects in the departments and institutions of the state and the need to achieve interdependence between the scientific and practical sides, in a way that contributes to seeing all developments in practical life and the need to keep pace with scientific studies for it by providing Studies and research that contribute to keeping pace with the development of community life.
