Honoring and appreciating
Due to the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Abdul Sattar Hamad Anjad / College of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk in supporting scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of the doctoral student in the public law branch Muhammad Fouad Talab, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and in turn congratulates the Deanship of the College and the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff and its students, Dr. Abdul Sattar Hamad Anjad, wishing him more tender Practical and academic creativity to serve the march of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university and our proud Iraq.
