Urging They discussed ways to form a unit affiliated with the Human Rights Council in Nineveh Governorate, and the role of our college in dealing with the human rights file was also clarified, and this was evident in its establishment of the Human Rights Law Branch, which is the only branch in its specialization at the level of Iraqi universities, which grants higher diploma and master’s degrees, which witnessed the submission of many students, many researches, theses and specialized studies in the field of human rights, in addition to the basic rights and freedoms stipulated and approved by legislation. National and international instruments and charters, as well as the national achievements in the field of the right to education, civil, political, economic and social rights, and the role of youth elites by harnessing their creative energies in presenting an international model that defends human rights and freedoms issues.
