Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Ezzat Fadel, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the second international scientific conference held by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers with the support of the United Nations Development Program and tagged (Women and climate change / challenges and solutions), which was held in our beloved capital, Baghdad for the period 10-11 July 2023, and the participation was represented by scientific research tagged (rural women between the right to a decent living and the protection of water resources in light of climate change / an analytical constitutional study) and was granted a management This participation comes within the context of the plans and programs of our college in motivating its employees and encouraging them to participate in national and international scientific, research and academic activities and events and their role in scientific advancement and research development and its contribution to obtaining scientific outputs with a high degree of efficiency.
