Scientific upgrade
on university order number 21233/16/9 on 13 July 2023, Dr. Ravel Hassan Hamed, one of the professors of the Human Rights Department at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, has been promoted from the rank of a teacher to the rank of an assistant professor, and in turn, the Dean of the faculty, represented by assistant professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, congratulates the Dean of the Faculty And the gentlemen, the members of the faculty council, its academic and administrative staff, and its student, Dr. Rafel Hassan Hamed, wish her more creativity and giving service to the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our Arab University and our father Iraq.
