The special law branch at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul discussed on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, a Master’s letter on the company of the circumcision was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty, and a number of members of the Faculty Council and its faculty. The message presented by the student Raed Khalaf Hamu in the private law branch deals with trade, which is one of the economic activities, and companies are the nerve of the national economy in developing and developed countries, and the siege company is one of the companies that have become organized under legal texts in most of the laws of the Arab and Western countries, for its safety and ease. Its establishment is far from its complexity, except that the Iraqi legislator kept silent about organizing this company in the Iraqi Companies Law No. 21 of 1997 with its amendments. This company is a secret contract between a group of people whom they have special social relationships and are based on trust and trust, and the most important features is that it is a secret company. It has a moral personality and is founded according to a secret contract between partners, in which they share the profits and losses arising from their business work, which is done by the manager in his own name, or may be done by one of the partners in his own name which has no residence, no financial responsibility, and is restricted and published at the same time.

The study aims at a statement that the importance of the company comes from the fact that it develops the country’s economy and activates trade in it because of its ease of establishment and the lack of complexity in its formation. The reason for the absence of an Iraqi study on it is due to not regulated by the Iraqi legislature in the Implementing Commercial Companies Law.

The discussion committee was headed by Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Kaoud, the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Radwan Hashim Hamdon, Assistant Professor Dr. Menhl Abdul Ghani Mustafa, and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Doctor Iser Essam Daoud.
