Assistant Professor Wisam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty, and a number of members of the Faculty Council and its faculty.
The message presented by the student Ezzat Mustafa Mohamed in the Special Law Branch, took the opposition as a group of procedures aimed at obtaining a judicial verdict, whether it ends with a judgment in the matter or without a judgment, where the opposition assumes the necessity to establish a dispute between two parties, the plaintiff and the defendant, who initiates the opposition. And it defines its scope in terms of subject and people.
The study aims at a statement that the non-specialized intervention in civil litigation was a place of disagreement between the jurisdiction, so there are those who see this intervention as permissible if the intervener has the right to punish the ruling by objection of the other, and there are those who consider this intervention not permissible to be a pathetic principle of the trial on two degrees, as well as the opposition When its multiple parties are governed by the principle of the proportionate proceedings of criminals, which controls various criminal ideas, either in terms of the proportion of prosecution proceedings or the proportion of criminal penalties.
