Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Qusai Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law, our college held on Monday, August 14, 2023, its legal session tagged The mechanism of work of the investigative committees and follow-up of the case, where a number of our college professors and teachers gave specialized scientific lectures on the subject of the course, which dealt with the legal status of the public employee, his rights and obligations, disciplinary responsibility and its types, and when responsibility arises, in addition to the discretionary authority of the administration during the exercise of its duties And the procedures for appealing the administrative decision before the administrative judiciary and the mechanisms of defenses in the annulment lawsuit before the courts of the Iraqi State Council , The course witnessed a remarkable presence of legal employees working at the University of Mosul and state departments and institutions, who asked many questions and inquiries about the subject of the course, which were answered in detail by those in charge of it, and Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, gave his speech, in which he touched on the role of our college in communicating with state departments and institutions by holding many scientific workshops, seminars and training courses aimed at developing the functional capabilities and legal skills of legal employees working in State departments and the public sector, and this course comes within a series of scientific, research, cultural and student activities of our college during the current academic year 2022_2023.
