International Scientific Workshop

Dr. Suha Hamid Salim, one of the lecturers of the Human Rights Law Branch at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, in the work of the international scientific workshop tagged Activating the Digital Court in the Arab World / Challenges, Difficulties and Perceptions Held by the Center for Disabled Women at the University of Tikrit, Faculty of Nursing and Faculty of Arts at the University of Kirkuk / Iraq in cooperation with the College of Education, University of Gezira / Sudan and under the auspices of the BRC Scientific Foundation and a number of Arab and international institutions, ministries and universities, where he delivered a number of Lecturers working in a number of universities participating in the above workshop Lectures on the concept of the digital court, its mechanisms of work, legal trial procedures such as hearing the statements of the accused, the testimony of witnesses, and how the digital court deals with the statement of trial procedures compared to the presence court. The workshop also witnessed many interventions and questions on its subject, which were answered in detail by those in charge of it, and this participation comes within a series of scientific, research and academic participations for the employees of our college within the framework of its deanship’s endeavor to interact and communicate with national and international scientific and academic institutions and the role of this in advancing the scientific process at various research and academic levels.
