Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, received on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, Mr. Rifaat His Highness, Assistant Governor of Nineveh for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and they discussed ways of cooperation between our college and Nineveh Governorate and its affiliated departments and institutions, which contributes to developing the administrative capabilities and legal skills of human rights employees working in state departments and institutions, and the possibility of cooperation to establish scientific, practical and cultural activities that contribute to the definition and awareness of the laws, regulations and instructions that govern Public office and the role of this in introducing the rights and obligations of the public employee, and this meeting comes within the plans and programs of the Deanship of our college in building bridges of scientific, cognitive and academic communication with state departments and institutions as well as civil society organizations and the role of this in spreading legal culture among the different groups and segments of society.
