Due to the distinguished efforts made by Prof. Dr. Zakaria Younis, Ahmed / Faculty of Law, Tikrit University, in supporting scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of the doctoral student in the private law branch Zia Hadaf Dia, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty, and in turn, the Deanship of the College congratulates the members of the Faculty Council, its scientific and administrative staff and its students, Dr. Zakaria Younis Ahmed wishing him more scientific giving.
