In continuation of the scientific research movement at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, the scientific research tagged The possibility of reconciling Islamic principles and legal principles in international conventions for women’s assumption of the judiciary has been published by Prof. Dr. Ajyad Thamer Nayef, one of the teachers of the Private Law Branch at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul and Assistant Professor Dr. Heba Muhammad Mohsen / Iraqi University in the American Journal of Humanities, and this research comes within a series of research, scientific and academic studies for professors and teachers of our college aimed at providing scientific solutions Specialized for all that is new and new due to societal developments and the resulting conditions that require legal adaptation to what may result from future situations.
