In continuation of the scientific research movement at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, the scientific research tagged electronic reporting and its role in reducing the slow procedures of the civil lawsuit has been published for Prof. Dr. Taima Mahmoud Fawzi, one of the teachers of the Private Law Branch at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul and the researcher Thamer Saleh Hamad in one of the journals included in the Scopus container, and this research comes within a series of research, scientific and academic studies for professors and teachers of our college aimed at providing specialized scientific solutions for everything new and new. Due to societal developments and the resulting conditions that require legal adaptation to what may result from future situations.
